What this is

Hello Ursa computes an Energy Blueprint from the birth details and answers you give us, using astrology, numerology, the five elements, a chakra model, and a tarot card you draw. It then writes a reading from that computation.

It is offered for entertainment and inspiration only.

It is not advice

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind. A reading is not a diagnosis, a prognosis, a treatment plan, or a recommendation about money.

Decisions about your health, your money, your legal position, or your relationships are yours, and they deserve people qualified to help you make them.

Your account

An account belongs to one person. The links we email you sign you in, so treat them the way you would treat a password: do not forward them.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

Fair use of the site

Please do not:

• Scrape the site, or send automated or bulk requests to it.
• Work around the rate limits, or try to reach readings that are not yours.
• Resell readings, or present them as your own product.
• Use the site to harass anyone, or to break any law.

What belongs to whom

What you type in stays yours. You give us permission to use it to produce your reading, to store it so you can come back to it, and — when you write to the Oracle — to read it in order to answer you.

The reading we produce is yours to keep, to print, and to share with whoever you like, for your own personal use.

The site itself, the name Hello Ursa, the Energy Blueprint system, the software, and the design remain ours.

Membership and payment

Membership costs $14.99/month or $99/year, in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

A membership renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel in one click from your account page. Cancelling, renewal, and refunds are described on the refunds page, which is part of these terms.

Changes to the service

We may add features, change them, or remove them. If we discontinue a service you have paid for, we will refund the part of the term you paid for and did not get.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the site will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any reading will be accurate, useful, or predictive of anything at all.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the United States.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will email account holders about significant changes.
